I present to you here a capture of the rail transport plan (source: RATP free use). We see the convergence of transport in central Paris between the Gare du Nord, Opéra and Châtelet stations. The public transport system has been designed as a star with the centrality of central Paris. The invisible information that we can extract from this image is: - The center of Paris is the meeting place for the different populations of Ile de France, as soon as a large concentration of offices are available. The center of Paris has a tertiary vocation rather than housing - The suburbs have a vocation for housing with Paris as their place of work because there are few connections between the suburbs allowing the development of the office pole. By cross-checking with public data (opendata.paris, APUR, C&W), we have access to the level of office rent, their sizes and their years of construction. It appears that the highest levels of faithful are in the center of Paris, where there is the convergence of public transport. These offices are the oldest in Paris (construction before 1939), therefore their configurations no longer correspond to current expectations.
