After analyzing this Area I realized that there is a tremendous need to improve the circulation and the traffic flow in order to offer the drivers a better experience. My I idea is to create an app that works through smartphones and calculate the amount of time required for each car to cross from point A to point B. The data will be collected and sent to a server that will simulate a visual map and compare the amount of time with the overall distance. This activity will give us a better understanding on where the cars are spending more time and at which speed they are moving in a specific area. The citizens will share also there experiences on the app along with ideas on what can be done to support and facilitate their journey, this step will be a definite shift to a responsive design thinking by evolving people with the decision making so as with finding solutions and playing a part in the city governance.
