A viaduct is built on top. Gardens are built on the banks of the canal to improve the living environment of the inhabitants. But to carry out the project, water purification equipment must be installed. This projet consumes more energy. Infrastructure changes status when humain society and urban condition are changed. Urban projects to adapt such an evolution are not always sustainable.
