Livability criteria in my opinion: 1. Safety 2. Job Opportunities 3. Education 4. International Connectivity 5. Culture I have lived in Tehran since I was born. Tehran is the capital of Iran so apparently the majority of infrastructures are focused here. Moreover, various job opportunities are available. The other reason that many people chooses Tehran is the health care services so there are a lot of hospitals with different specializations. Education also plays a prominent role in Tehran population growth since the prominent educational centers are located in the capital. If I want to rate the livability of Tehran, 60% is a fair number and in general 50% of satisfaction since the city is overly crowded with the population of 12 millions so there are a lot of problems. If I were the mayor, I would take measures to stop population growth as there are a lot of people who immigrated to the cities due to lack of services in other cities in Iran. Air pollution is causing a lot of damages to the livability of the city. P.S The Photo is from the Internet.
