2. Ethiopia is found near the equator means the temperature are relatively constant from month to month. There is a huge demand and dramatic change in urbanization in the capital city Addis Ababa. There is a difference between temperatures in the rural and urban parts of Ethiopia which is around 15°C. It is clear that the urban expansion has caused an increase in Temperature. A large area of land in these parts has been re-developed by the government or private investors for residential, commercial and industrial developments. The government has relocated many residents to the outskirts of the city for development of the inner city 3. The first major measure I would take would be finding a more effective master plan for the city that will be accessible with less travel for our day to day activities and implementing the master plan on these studies. 4. The Ethiopia National Urban Green Infrastructure Standard states that urban green infrastructure shall be managed and administered in the interests of the local community and shall address its needs. The long-term collective interests of the local community shall be prioritized over the interests of any specific interest group or sector of society.
