My list of the most liveable cities to live in: 1. Zurich 2. Wellington 3. Copenhagen 4. Edinburgh 5. Vienna Characteristics that make a city more liveable: 1. High Quality Education 2. Proper Infrastructure 3. Good Urban Mobility 4. Low levels of Polution 5. Nice weather Aracaju is a city with medium quality education, medium quality infrastructure, reasonable urban mobility, low levels of polution and extremely hot weather. The city could rise the education quality by investing more in the sector, infrastructure could get better if the government solve their resource management problem, Aracaju doesn't have many Urban mobility problems but the Urban mobility would get way better if we had more incentive to rail transportation (Like subways, trains etc.) and the weather problem is simply a climate characteristic of the city, there isn’t much to be done about the weather subject.
