FC-01x Future Cities (Self-Paced) - Exercise 1 : "Making the Invisible - Visible"

This is the view from my office, right in one of the central junctions of Budapest, Hungary. You can see here that the area is full of 19th century buildings, that there is a tram and a bus line on the (for us) horizontal road, there is also a metro station down there. You can also see two of these full-building posters, one for a rinsing liquid, the other one for the 1956 (national revolution) commemoration. Invisible information: 1. This picture was taken shortly after 2 p.m., and shows heavy traffic in all four directions. This means that even off-rush hour, there are a lot of people on the roads - and, meanwhile (that's a personal experience), the subway down there is almost entirely deserted. 2. It is currently raining here. If you zoom in, you can see a bunch of terrified and soaked people seeking shelter under the facades just across the street. That is, no one really saw it coming. I think, although both pieces of information could be turned into valid knowledge, it would be very beneficial if sensors kept track of current and coming weather changes, and every bus stop (or metro, for that matter) would be equipped with a device that tells the temperature, humidity, and warns people if a shower is coming in the following ten minutes (I believe that the infrastructure for that is already available here, all we would need is just a bit of syncing together and reprogramming the already existing devices.
