1. Italy is a bicameral parliamentary Republic administratively divided into 20 Regions. The population in 2011 was about 59 million and is expected to reach 63.5 million in 2031.The maximun temperature is 30° and the minimum is -3°C. The Italian railroad network had in 2012 about 16,740 km. 2. According to international and national studies and publications the Mediterranean region is expected to undergo particularly negative climate change impacts over the next decades related to possible extraordinary heat spells, increased weather events and reduced annual precipitation. The main climate protection targets regard the water, the forests, the costa zones, the agricolture and food security and the biodiversity and natural ecosystems. 3. The article has a dedicated part for the future targets,and after a description of the main areas and a deep research of them, it gives advices and suggestions about the futue development. Each part has its own research and its own solution. 4. I hope that all this statments will be reach, but I think that it will be a long process. In my opinion I swear that from the little changings we can modify the total area; let's begin!
