FC-01x Future Cities (Self-Paced) - Exercise 1 : "Making the Invisible - Visible"

This is a mall next to Queenstown when I went there for my marathon event. The building and the urban setting is so nice. Obviously, the cost of construction is quite high and the materials used are quite good and appealing. This could be one of the attractions in the area, encouraging locals and tourists to visit the place. Little did they know that the area is quiet and empty during the day. I can only see few people roaming around and the businesses/establishments are not that busy. As what I can see, they have beautiful urban city and design but if there are no one around to use and appreciate to its maximum potential, this place could be a ghost town after 5-10years. Due to the location and architecture of the building, it doesn't reflect the natural terrain and view at the backdrop which is really lovely as Queenstown is surrounded mostly by gorgeous mountains. I believe, movement of people and cars weren't considered here... the local needs are not met either.
