"Water, energy, transportation and health infrastructure are thus crucial dimensions for the design of the future sustainable urban systems". Because HK government does not listen to the public and corruption with China is obviously seen, many dimensions (including these 4) being not able to be achieved induce the public anger. That's today's HK. 1) Why buy water from China with very high price but do not build our own water factory? 2) Why let china control HK energy? 3) Why build useless transportation infrastructure to connect Macao and china and huge amount of unnecessary money? 4) Why do not spend money to improve local health infrastructure as many people ask? in addition to many other factors contributing to public anger!
