As we can see in this picture, it is a very poor and primitive place of living where sanitary and salubrity needs, water ressources and even transportation are very rudimentary. There is a lack of facilities here. It is important to give the inhabitants of the city a place where they can feel appreciated as human beings and a place that is responding to there special needs. However, cities are becoming nowadays more and more urbanised. The infrastructures are generating the spaces and there are more and more people living in the city because of the facilities and the utilities that it offers to its inhabitants. With the urbanisation of the city, the impact of infrastructures is becoming primordial.
