Hotel -the stock are the guests in the hotel. The number of persons represents the stock. -the flow is the number of guests arriving and leaving the hotel. 3. Car Dealership -the stock is the inventory of cars in the dealership. The numbers of cars for sale represents the stock. -the flow is the number of new cars arriving for sale and the number of cars being sold leaving the dealership.
