I live in London and although London is considered a reasonably well developed city with lots of innovations and integrated approach to become a model future city but there are ot sof information that can be utilised and analysed using it to create knowledge. I took this picture during lunch time today and we can for instance collect information about the number of different types of cars at a specific street (buses/cars/taxis,..etc) and use that to predict future trends and reduce traffic in the city. We can also use information about that for charging points for future electric vehicles on different streets. Maybe in future people kinetic energy (walking on the streets) can be utilised to generate electricity in pedestrian areas to feed shopping stores..etc. There are lots of data that can be generated within future cities but it's important to filter/analyse the data to create knowledge.
