In fact almost every commercial building is self sufficient. The government provide around 10 Hours of electricity and the water is not potable. Solution It is the task of the government to provide the primary infrastructure. But also as architects and engineers we can design green self sufficient buildings Using solar power and windmills instead of using a private fuel generator as a start.
