The reasons why I live (returned) here are: -I live with my parent here. I satisfy my emotional need to be close to my mother. -here I don’t need to pay a rent to my own house. (is difficult for me to do this for now) -i love the beach and the sea breeze -now I have 2 child and my mother help me rise them - I still hope that Constanta will have a responsable mayor who will show all the strengths of the city soon 3. Ans:The first thing I would change would be how urbanism and urban development are done. Currently are allowed hight building blocks between individual homes, is allowed to built constructions on the green (public)spaces, we don't have quality public spaces. 5.Ans: 3 place that I could move in Cluj-Napoca (Romania), Vienna(Austria), Munich(Germany) 5 qualities – hight level of education, affordabilities of housing, job opportunities, hight level of health services, hight level of culture,
