Manchester (UK); Curitiba (BR); Belo Horizonte (BR); Brasília (BR); and São Paulo (BR) I listed only cities that I know well. I cannot evaluate cities that I have not known yet, or that I went as a tourist. For this list I choose, in that order: 1). mobility and accessibility, 2) Prevalence of crimes, 3) Culture and Social Environmental; 4) Education; 5) Social Inequality. I think that Curitiba has a good transportation system bur the other factor influence my choice to Manchester (UK). Belo Horizonte is a city with 3 million people, and It has a good transportation system, good options of Cultural activities. Brasilia is a beautiful city but it’s beautiful in the city centre: the satellite cities are poor and have a lot of social problems. The last one, in this list, is São Paulo: the city is too big, with a transit problem, an inefficient metro service and the highest prevalence of crime of this group.
