We need to think about infrastructure in small and fragile environment locations. These pictures show small and isolated cities in southern of South America. These places are dependent of gas and oil power plants, and sometimes these plants are independent and not connected to power lines. Roads are constructed above a empty space and we see few cars in these roads. Thinking about these places I realize that they could be an interesting models: small cities with a fragile natural environment. How can we model these places? For the first sight we can think that it's easier for modelling. However, common dimensions and variables change their importance and relevance. Water supply, sewage, power plants, waste and food supply, for example, must be focused with another view.
