1. There is a project called "Agents of Change" in Kyiv, whose mission is to improve the quality of life of the locals, creating a quality urban space. A multidisciplinary team of different fields professionals began to develop as volunteers using a community financing. Now the team has grown, started raising budget funds and generating revenue that goes to projects that are not interested by business. In the process of development, solutions are tested on real objects to find and fix defects in advance. The development process is discussed openly with the involvement of future users. For this purpose, a nineteen thousand community of locals have been created, to design their city together. 2. To begin with, I'd upgrade the public space so that it attracts as many people as possible. I would also pay attention to good lighting and video equipment. Local residents can be hired to keep order: retirees and children can care for green spaces, and young people can periodically alternate. Then the space will be constantly under surveillance and people will feel safe. 3. To create such a project, I would attract residents- specialists of different profiles and age.First of all, you should decide on the
