this is a long exposure photo taken for the major highway connecting Al Marsa and Tunis downtown . through this photo we can clearly observe that the number of cars coming from Downtown (white headlight) is largely higher than the number of cars going there (red backlights) which show the number of people coming back home at the end of the day . also the high flux of cars on the left side of the highway at this specific time of the eraly night will cause a traffic jam. we can use these information about traffic flow to adjust traffic lights in a compatibale way with this flow through different time of the day in ordre to solve traffic problems on rush hours.
