This company Siemens export materials and equipments in Guinea for the solar energy systems.And some enterprises established in the Republic of Guinea are importing these materials and spare parts to sell them domestically.Some local operators are preparing to open and conclude negotiations and contracts,in order to manufacture some equipments in the country,considering the costs of transportation and diverse transactions,the low cost of domestic labor.Some local firms already are engaged in the processes of montages,recompositions and maintenance,conservation,monitoring.Sometimes,they need the collaboration and technical assistance from their external partners,or multinational firms.In medium term,several partners are committed to create joint-ventures with the domestic firms to minimize operational costs,in order to maximize their respective performances,incomes,net revenues and cash-flows.However,local fims need better training to be more prepared to undertake all operations,piece by piece,step by step,to explore and exploit the chain value,in the terms of the Professor of Strategy and Management at Harvard Business School-Harvard University.It will be a win-win game for all engaged parties,if the project or program is well evaluated,assessed,prepared and shaped,in a good structuration.Local operations will be more productive,effective,efficient,reliable,calibrated,articulated,on a sustainable and resilient basis.All stakeholders will find their greater benefits,in a safe and protected environment.Official credible responsibles and solid administrations will be required.
