Provisioning services The Kyiv «Vidradny» Park has introduced many transitory services for city residents: there they can to pick fruit, forest berries, medicinal, fish in its pond, use firewood and moss, acorns and nuts, hay and herbs for domestic rodents. There is also spring drinking water. b. Regulating Service «Sovski» ponds and the plants surround them create a favorable microclimate in my area. They purify the air, retain moisture, stabilize the soil and isolate greenhouse gases. Trees provide shade and a shelter for birds. Birds kill the pests. c. Habitat or Supporting services National Nature Park "Golosievsky" - the habitat of some wild animals, many species of migratory birds and insects. Thus, the biodiversity of the city is maintained. d. Cultural services Trukhaniv Island is a favorite place of entertainment for many people of Kiev and tourists: morning jogs, yoga classes, dance, exhibitions and festivals are held here. Here they walk with children, ride, swim, sunbathe.
