Education and training, research-demonstration and development will be well shaped and operationalized.Projects,programs and organisms will be monitored,evaluated,assessed,controlled,piloted,and adjusted.New and old buildings will respect standards,rules and guidelines.Environment must be safeguarded,protected,nurtured and valorized continuously.Responsibles will be selected,and engaged in transparency,deep accountability,responsibility.They must behave ethically, and keep their credibility,dignity,sincerity.Security will be assured by the dedicated services and forces,everywhere and every time,for all stakeholders involved and regions. Information systems are central.
