First of all the City app should become accessible for citizens through a registration. The registration should be consist of general questions about age, gender, profession of a citizen and questions about his/her habits, hobbies, preferences and dislikes. So it will help to a government to classify citizens and to know more about their lifestyle and needs. The main tool of the App should be an interactive map of a city, where all data accumulated by its citizens through the votes and surveys could be visualized. The data could be classified for different categories, such as general satisfaction of any place in a city, disturbing things, pleasant things and could be more concrete like security, waste, traffic etc. In my opinion, it also could be better to add an option where citizens will be able to valuate helpfulness and politeness of people who are working in public services. We are living in a world of many different people and an attitude to each each other could become crucial in valuation of livability of a city. Graphs and diagrams are also important. They can visualized clearly situation in a city and to show its progress or regress.
