Built in Brazil, but designed and built by a Portuguese company, following international standards and guidelines from a institution settled in Switzerland. Many of the materials were imported from Asia (from some companies belonging to Americans and Europeans), as it required assistance from specialists from all around the world. Although not directly used in the 2014 World Cup, it was commissioned to follow the renovations in other stadiums and to host international games and shows.
