The photo is from kind of busy street of Vero Beach which is located at South America.In this photo road, many shops, cars and pedestrian way can be seen obviously. But th missing part is group of people who are walking, shopping or briefly doing some activities. In my opinion, the most important reason about that problem is lack of big squares that people can do some activites and lack of public transportation.This kind of abilities make the town dull and unproductive and unfair in someway.
