In France the mean used of Oil is for transport. So I think that one of the best thing to do is to stop using personnel car. For this, we develop public transport in cities and make impossible to use car. On my picture, it a street of the city of Brest. Here, the street used tramway and forbid car to go in that street. I think it's a good idea to develop;
