1. Ecosystem services in Lahore, Pakistan a. Provisioning services While the agricultural activity in the main city itself is very little, on the outskirts of my city Lahore, there are villages that grow and supply food such as wheat, rice, vegetables, in the city. Regulating services Although there is heavy urbanization and the city is losing its ecosystem, there are golf parks and resorts and a man-made jungle Changa Manga near Lahore. Habitat or Supporting services There are several botanical gardens in Lahore to protect the biodiversity. Some are butterfly house (shown in image) and botanical gardens in Lahore Jallo Park and Mall Road. There is also a zoo and a safari park for wildlife. Cultural services There are several parks, cultural monuments, and heritage facilities in Lahore.
