The app would consist of three main parts. A Feedback area, which would allow citizens to provide feedback on the functioning of the city, giving them the ability to highlight what they like and dislike about the city. It would also have an Ideas component where government projects and development could be presented to the public. This area would allow for citizen suggestions and input. Finally, there would be the Advice area, it would give citizens the ability to directly speak to professional/governmental persons about their city. These three tiers of the app should produce a good ratio of professional city governance and citizen input. It would also allow citizen settle any queries and provide governmental bodies with a good idea of what they need to work on to create resilient liveable cities.
