The app called “clean.city” aims to collect reports from the citizens on the quality of cleaning services in the city. When encountered an issue related to cleanliness of the city, a user submits a report with the location and type of a problem plus a photo and a comment. Types of issues can be: snow and litter on the street, damaged walls, dirty ponds etc. The municipality collects the data and have the opportunity to monitor the quality of cleaning services. Through the app users can track the progress of the measures taken in response to the report.
