How would you do that? Think of how you can improve the sources and the consumption of energy. I would suggest two main strategies. First, by encouraging people to live in apartment rather than detached houses, such integration will enable efficient use of energy. Second, while Japan has long depended on car industry as economy growth, I think it it time we depended on efficient and well-organized transportation. It is safer and easier to control as a whole than individual's car.
