While it's developing a lot over the years, there could still be more tourist attractions to allow people to visit Nashville. There are lots of housing options, but the prices can be high and some of those options are in Downtown making it hard to park cars. In terms of size of the city, Nashville is huge, which means there are lots of surroundings and lots to do. For transportation, they could try to develop more hybrid and electric cars for saving money on using gas.
