This will ensure the residents are happy. 2)Active-The city resident must be active in fitness. This will ensure better health among the residents. 3)Security- The residents of the city must feel secured from the crimes. 4)United-The residents of the city must be united with each other in order to prevent violence and prevent the city from being livable. 5)Responsible- The residents of the city should responsible.They should follow the rules in order for the city to be more livable. Mombasa city has the following characteristics to a certain extent. However the most important characteristic it should improve on is security. This will make Mombasa city more livable. It is located by he beach therefore Mombasa is quite peaceful.
