The image shows when I was in Honolulu, Hawaii. It shows buildings being lit up during the night by the use of electrical power. Since the electricity comes from oil fired power plants, the use of electricity is limited as it more expensive than other states in the US. For power, the buildings use solar panels for energy since Hawaii is also warm also 12 months.
