Actually we do not know that how much energy people use in different parts of our city. Some important buildings for example: houses, apartment, offices, kindergarten ... are side by side in many areas, so there in not opportunity to find that which one use which kind of energy more as an invisible component. plus, another thing is we can not find out the traffic hours because there may be several users with different ages in a small area. As a consequence it makes it hard to plan for different parts of the city for example for its energy usage control and optimization, traffic sections and ... .
