Chandigarh, a product of Le Corbusier is famous for being one of the most well designed cities in the world. Green and beautiful, life in the city is easy and peaceful. The government has been trying to digitalise it's operations and convert Chandigarh into a smart city. To assist this process and take it one step further by introducing the concept of a responsive city, I would suggest the following app : Title: MY CHD Areas of concern : 1.) Weather 2.) Traffic 3.) Events 4.) Danger/Crime 5.) Intervention needed Use : -This would be a one stop app for the citizens of Chandigarh. Each certifies citizen of the tricity can have a separate login ID. -The interactive user interface would allow the participants to add and view information in the above mentioned categories. -The data would be visible to the users as very basic points on the city map. For example : I can open the app, select events and a point on the map where a event is taking place (with brief description) When multiple users add the same information, it gets verified and shows on the map as a colored point under the events category.
