Top 5 livability criteria: Education, Environment, Infrastructure, International Connectivity, and Recreation Possibilities. I live in Metro Manila - the main reason is because it is the metropolitan center or the Philippines. Other reasons are because it is where the country's top educational institutions are, where my advocacy and work is located, where the city is alive 24/7, and where my friends and family lives.
