My app idea is to have an app that allows users to inform each other of events they are organizing and to invite others to participate in their events. The data analytics would be at background to analyze the types of activities geo-spatially in order to understand the type of social needs of residents. The findings of the app could be used to inform urban planners, developers and policy makers on how to develop the city to complement and encourage more social interactions.
