In Beijing, there are various kinds of ecosystems, like forest, wetland, farmland, water, park, mountains, and so on. Locals often go to fish in Shichahai lakes(Provisioning services), which is locate in the center of Beijing. Shichahai literally means "the lake of ten temples". Around the lake there are ten famous Taoist and Buddhist temples and several formal royal mansions and gardens(Cultural services). And it contains number of species, such as mallard, pica pica, sparrow etc.(Habitat or supporting services) Miyun reservoir was listed as a primary water source protection area in 1985. It is the main water source in Beijing(Provisioning services). Its functions include flood control(Regulating services), irrigation, power generation, fish farming(Provisioning services). Xiangshan mountain, is located in northwest of Beijing, which combines natural landscape and Chinese garden art. It has many cultural relics and historic sites, and the pavilions are like stars scattered between the mountains and forests(Cultural services). There are rich of ancient and famous trees(Habitat or supporting services), its forest coverage rate is 96%. It is one of the areas with the highest negative oxygen ion in Beijing. It is a summer resort and a natural oxygen bar(Regulating bar).
