This building is located in São Paulo/Brazil. We can notice some similar patterns in this building with others buildings around the world. For example: facade is covered with glass. This pattern can be found in cities as New York, Dubai, countries of europe, and others. This patterns started in Brazil in 1970 by influencies from other countries, but I think that this pattern with glass doesn’t represent Brazil. The weather is very hot here, and glass absorbs a lot of solar radiation, heating the building and consuming more eletricity (for to cool the interior environment). So, this is a clear sign of how globalization of materials have to come here, even though this is not a good alternative to follow.
