Construction used to be a localized activity therefore, I come with the element called Compressed Stabilized Earth Bricks (CSEB earth blocks). The process of making cseb earth block are following-: 1. A mixture of sand, soil and 10% cement put in the compressing mould. 2. Then compressed using the manual machine. 3. After compressing the bricks are ready for curing. 4. After 21 days, of curing bricks are ready for construction. So, these bricks are affordable and made up of Eco-friendly components. These are locally-produced using manual machine rather than the electrical/electronic machine. Therefore also it produce less carbon foot print. CSEB are also called EāBlocks, as Eco-friendly, Economical, Earth block. CSEB are generally cheaper than fired bricks. - No plaster is needed in most of cases - Less mortar is required - 5% of waste against 10% for fired bricks CSEB is a very labour intensive technology. 13 people per press for manual pressing. This gives job opportunities. This gives livelihood to people. This insures sustainability. Therefore this component of building construction is totally Eco- friendly and sustainable for environment. So, for the future cities it can be act as new binding material.
