This is an image of Toronto, Ontario. What a beautiful city, and the photo was taken on a boat in the middle of Lake Ontario, one of the 5 freshwater Great Lakes. As you can see, the downtown core has a lot of buildings, blocks, streets, parcels, etc. All of the inhabitants living in this city, and primarily downtown, rely heavily on the health, water, waste management services that the City of Toronto provides. Quick fact: the cities of Toronto and Ottawa both have bigger municipal budgets than that of the United Nations!! Therefore, there is a lot that the people of Toronto use on a daily basis, which acts as a system.
