in my opinion: People, water and food. People flow into and out of the city on a daily basis from nearby suburbs consuming food and water in the city in addition to transportation. This flow creates more demands during working hours which in its turn creates more businesses that work only during working days and working hours in order to service the amount of people existing temporarily in the city. Food on the other hand flows into the city and stays there, it is later either consumed transforming into nutrition or disposed as street dogs food or waste. Either ways food mainly enter the city through farmers who come to the city for few days every certain amount of time. Water flows into and out of the city almost invisible yet it is extremely valuable especially during dry seasons as all living organisms depend on it. Water flows from the rivers nearby through purification plants, then later it is either used outdoors, consumed or disposed back to the river. In the future the city would be more stable if people daily flow was less, therefore also local urban farms. the photo shows traffic after rush hour while it's explodes during.
