The city is located near wooded hills, which are partly inhabited, it has a river with anchored small boats, the appearance of the city is very heterogeneous from the chosen perspective, we see older residential buildings with gabled roofs, apartment blocks, a new hotel block, modern buildings, in the background a church. 2. A) The city was not planned on the drawing board but grew organically. B) The city is attractive for lovers of water sports and nature. There is a lake in the vicinity of the many boats and the small river. 3. If we know that the city has access to an attractive lake for water sports and fishing, we can improve access to it. Perhaps we can conclude from the picture that the boats are very densely packed, so there is little space for the great demand for boat places. This could be addressed to enhance the attractiveness of the city.
