This photo has been taked in "Chacarita" in Asunción. 1) Visible information: Paraguay river, trees, buildings, houses. 2) Invisible information: 2.1.That the products from outside arrive across this river to our country. 2.2 The settlements of people that migrated from the rural area looking for a better life in the city. 3) Chosen the number 2.2: When we consider that this people are living in a place where it is flooding every 10 years approximately; their are living illegaly there and also in miserable condition; and also this area can be use for public spaces because the view we can have there to the river and all the city this can be useful when someone would like to do something there. It also include an investment and a political support; where and how help to this people can live in the city where their work but legally and with good condition, and can be helpfull to reduce the insecurity in this area.
