Job Opportunities| 2. Economy | 3. Infrastructure | 4. Education | 5.Culture I propose to decrease the coal consumption and nitrate pollution in Beijing, because the smog is really heavy. Rate of coal consumption was four times national average and output of several industries was found to account for 40 per cent of national total; and most bulk materials in the region were transported by diesel trucks.
