However in a larger scale I would give Geneva 85, due to a rather segregated urban fabric that defines strict zones of activities and inhibits spontaneous encounters. 4. I would ensure that non-motorized transportation is safe for everyone.Even though the city has a well-developed bicycle net,and traffic is concentrated in the center, many residents avoid using their bicycle because of fear of being among vehicles.
