The German pavilion where I went in 2015, is the reconstruction architecture in Barcelona, designed by Mies, was dismantled at the end of the exhibition, 1930, but over time this work became a key reference in the history of twentieth-century architecture. And the city council began to reconstruct the building in its original location. There are glass, steel, reinforced concrete and four different types of marble, travertine from Roma, green marble from Alpine, ancient green marble from Greece and doré onyx Atlas from Africa. Those material were from all over the world and this phenomenon represented the development of construction process and transportation. It was an epitome of globalized economy.
