Challenge: crime The purpose of city app is to avoid possible harmful situations in our surroundings, protect our personal safety and security with lots of data collectors, IoT, citizen’s interaction and authority's administration. Factors: 1. Brightness of light 2. Degree of Monitoring (Percentage of coverage and degrees of the view) 3. Noise level（To indicate the degree of isolated/ vacant/ deserted place.) 4. Frequent crime types in the area. 5. Degree of dangerous (once in/near the dangerous area, the app will inform you stay alert.) 6. Panic button setting (It will inform local police, people nearby with time and location when people get into dangerous situation, also the nearest alarm and camera will work for this.) 7. Real-time routine transmission to family and friends. 8. Upload data (Interact with citizens and authorities by reporting data.) 9. Upload suggestions 10. Voting for change The key characteristics of the City App: 1. It should be easy to access. 2. It should be convenient for people of all ages.
