1. Stock and flow of tourists: Every year SiemReap city has attracted millions of tourists. The flow of oversea traveler creates many job opportunities for local citizen. In order to benefit from this stock and flow, people who work in this industry should improve their service quality and the authority should also be part of it. Some important actions they can take are providing sufficient facilities at tourist sites, controlling product price, and maintaining good security within city. 2. Stock and flow of foreign investment: The most noticeable foreign investment in Cambodia is seen in real estate sector. Many new buildings are growing very fast in PhnomPenh and Sihanouk, which has changed urban landscape. To take the benefit and prevent future risk of fast-growing construction, the government should strictly comply urban planning and construction law to those constructed building projects. 3. Stock and flow of traffic: As the city is urbanized, more people are living in Phnom Penh than ever before, which create more mobility demand. This trend makes traffic in the city become congested. In the future, personal car should be replaced by public transportation such as bus, mass rapid transit, public ferry/boat.
