Neighborly relations is very strong in Turkey .the people living in the neighborhood they know each other so much security problem not suffer. But of course, exceptions can be experienced. If a region is not safe enough, plenty of lighting and more social areas can be designed in those areas. That area of the city can be kept alive day and night. If there is safe problems in the area, i would start-up new app about safety in the streets people who downloaded the apps would have access to the gps data to connect to emergency lines in dangerous moments or someone else could call them instead. People who are in need of help connect to the police or health services with a single button. Also they can see the number and density of people on the street and the users on the street.
